Hello! I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with over 16 years’ experience working with individuals who come to me with a variety of concerns and issues. My practice has included treating clients who are anxious, depressed, overwhelmed, grieving, have experienced trauma, have relationship issues, have difficulties with adjustment, and often with a combination of presenting symptoms. My experience has been in residential and out-patient settings, which has offered opportunities to work with a lively and diverse caseload. I enjoy getting to know others and am honored to help clients enhance the quality of their lives. I have found that the best way to help others help themselves is with acceptance and a client centered approach using a combination of researched based theories and practices. In 2023, I completed 50 hours of EMDR training so that I can better assist my clients.
